6/4 in placements and get Bronze V????

Just finished my placements where I went 6/4 and got placed in Bronze 5. Spent most of last season between Bronze 2-3 but didn't play much ranked honestly.

Why even have placements if you're going to get placed at the lowest level possible, I could've spent the time from those 10 games working up from the bottom.. Also, why was I punished for playing better than I did in the previous season?

Just seems like the system is kind of screwed up. Talking to other people I have found I'm not the only one that has had this happen.

Thats the way she goes mate, just prove to yourself and riot that you arnt Bronze 5. My buddy got placed in bronze 1, i duo'd with him on my alt acc and we won 7/8 games and he was promoted in 1 day to Silver 5. If you don't belong there, you will climb out.

6/4 isnt even that good. and i was bronze 2 last season but was placed in b4 even though i won 8-2

I guess my whole issue with it is that why make me even play through 10 games if I'm going to start at the bottom anyway.

Riot said "soft reset." Then we get people placed into bronze 5.

where was your mmr before?

also, dont sweat it. everyone got demoted. most plat and diamond players apparantly were placed in silver, so you can imagine where that takes you if you were gold or silver last season.

ive had real bad luck in placements with my teams (lots of fighting between our junglers and our bot lanes. couldnt diffuse the situations, couple afks).

have been climbing really smoothly since then. youre gonna carry yourself back up. maybe even start skipping divisions if you win consistently.

its almost hilarious how easy these teams are to stomp right now. just enjoy a couple of easy games until youre back where you were before.
