For Supports and for ranked

So I main support this season I started from bronze 1 and I got promoted to silver 3 in just 2 weeks...yesterday morning I had 84 lp and now I have 0,I've lost a lot of games one after another cause of feeders and trollers BUT one of the main problems that I had was the fact that I was facing AP assassins as supports on bot lane,in advance my adc got one shoted many times because the opposing team had supports like fizz,brand and malzahar which are INCREDIBLY good against adcs especially in early levels....so what I want to say is; Is there any chance that you disable heroes that go to other lanes when someone is picking,as an example when I pick support there will be only supports on my "pick your champion" screen and not picks like Darius,Teemo and champs like that,of course not only for the support lane but for everyone,this could be a good way to avoid troll picks because the guy that picks can't pick something like Soraka top but he HAS to pick something that's viable....Sure that's something that lowers the diversity in terms of picking a champion but I don't see any other way of making the game better for everyone in this sector....Also I hope you'll do something for the supports because we don't have so much impact in the game like junglers do for example...i really don't want to drop the game but if things like feeders,trollers and "toxic" matchups keeps happening I'll have to drop it or at least play normals (which are not the main reason that I play the game)....Thanks for your time and for reading this (if you do :P)..sorry for any grammar mistake I hope I did well :D
