I'm tired of Riot

This game is great, wonderful, and extremely fun. It's everything one would want in a game, and one can spend HOURS playing this. Until one day, as a new player toxicity rears it's ugly head. Learning that toxic players that people post about still run around in this game and ruin it for others really disgusts me. I feel like riot doesn't even THINK about how to really handle the issue. To me, it seems like they're every other two faced politician saying, "oh yes we care. We are here to help you!", but in the sad reality it's all words. Sure some players do receive their proper punishment, but to me it seems like a majority of it goes unchanged, especially in lower elos. I'm tired of your lies Riot. I'm done.
