How is Oracle's Extract considered a fair item. Let's give everyone perma-vision for 5 minutes at the cost of ONLY 250 GP!!!! Akali cloak to much, NOT anymore!!! Shaco keep keep juking you too? Fondling Gems1 votesHonestly it has such a short range that it really only hurts akali and Teemo. Twitch should be well out of range, same with an ulting Rengo or Talon. It has 0 effect on Eve. Kha, Vayne, and Wukong don't like it, but it isn't terrible. Shaco depends on how you play around it. If you are AD it hurts but as AP it doesn't matter that much. 2 boxes in a bush means that most champs can't clear them w/o taking dmg since you need vision in the bush first. They still zone fine too.
Pretty sure that covers all the stealth champs.

I understand that. I also think it is way under priced for what it does. I mean, trap detection is one thing, but Perma-vision, is ridiculous.

Re buyable for ONLY 250 GP... Perma EDIT: And by perma, was not based on timed duration, but the fact that through stealth, they are visible no matter what.
DarkRitual1 votesPermanent was likely not the best word to use then. Constant true sight might have been more clear for phrasing. True sight is absolutely needed in some fashion, otherwise Stealth champs would be absurdly powerful. I think maybe the range could be tweaked, but don't feel it's too overpowered at all.
