Honestly lucian is just disgusting I agree with you, he is always in the meta or not in the meta, he takes less skill than ezreal and can snowball harder than ez whose also an highly picked adc. MOst of the other adcs that can go crit are always good late game but he's always special 4 some reason

Because Jinx is a lategame scaling champion who's quite weak until then, and Lucian is strong early to midgame. A 3/0 Kassadin shouldn't beat an 0/3 Lee by default. That's how lategame champs work, and if you don't like them, stop playing them. Why do I have to explain the concept of a lategame scaling champion to a Plat 5 Jinx main? You're supposed to be good at the game.

as a lucian main, Jinx needs buffs, I dont even use BOTRK on lucian, i NEVER use it
