Changes to How Champions Are Banned

Over the last few months (and especially after the Juggernaut update) it has been painfully clear to me that 6 bans is not enough. With an ever-growing champion pool the archaic notion that "3 bans per team is enough" has become, at least in my opinion, stagnant. So I have put some thought into the situation and have come up with what I believe to be a fair solution to what I have deemed a problem. Why not give each Summoner on each team one ban? That means 10 bans out of a 120+ champ pool, which is in no way too much, and it also removes the possibility of "Troll" bans and the reality that chances are your version of "Top 3 perma-ban champs" does not align with the randomly selected "team leader's" same list. This would allow everyone a chance to ban that one champ they do not want to go against while also making it so that nobody feels slighted for not being first pick. I would like others to give feedback on how they think this system would affect the game, whether it be good or bad, and I would especially like to hear feedback on how this would make the game worse for the players, because no matter how good a change I may perceive this to be, it could very well ruin the game for a lot of people. So please feel free to leave a comment.

The juggernauts aren't worth bans any more. Darius can be kited. Morde isn't actually good as long as you don't feed him 5 minutes in. Nobody even plays Skarner. Garen does nothing besides charge at you and ult. Fiora and Veigar are much better bans than the juggernauts. If you let the juggernauts through in a game to be able to practice playing against them, you'll see after a few games.

I agree with the give every summoner a ban. Regardless of what or who the FotM is. The 3 bans per team was fine when there was only 40 champs, with over 100 champs its kind of stupid. Plus giving every summoner a ban just makes sense. It stops the troll bans and allows players to ban their counters or any champ they feel is worth the ban. Its a small change that would have a large affect on the game.
