how to carry

hello community, i've been plaiyng for quite a while on this game and since 1 year or so i started taking ranked games kind of seriusly and while i play jungle or adc i can't help but seeing awfull teammates doing stuff like tower diving for no reason gifting kills and then tilting in the middle of the game to flame each other and we obviusly end up loosing when i was winning my lane without problems so my laner has the possibility to make kills on them and basically outfarm me and just beat me 1-0, is there any way to ensure that i don't find these kind of people in game or either to at least win a game? i try to go for objectives but nobody follows me even if i ping costantly like a maniac, also we're talking about plat elo.
