i cant see why i have to log in at "Garena" so... Is the ACHIEVMENT REWARDS a legit thing or is it just an idea for riot games? [slayer-jinx-catface]

It's a legit thing but on the Garena servers. They're basically a different server which you can't swap to. If I'm not mistaken you have to be apart of like Malaysia or Singapore to actually use the server or something like that. You're not missing out on to much though as everything on that server is insanely expensive. The only real advantage you'd have is getting Black Alistar as a level up reward.

It's highly unlikely so don't get your hopes up. EUW, NA, EUNE, LAS, etc are completely different than the Garena servers and are under different management iirc.
