New Feature Idea, Bounties

Hey everyone, while waiting for yet another support, jungler and marksman on Team Builder an idea came to me. It may not be original, since I have not been on the boards in a long time, but I think it may be cool to see Riot implement.

Bounties:

Identify the largest need via Team Builder, usually jungler and support, and offer players increased IP to join those games under that archetype. Currently we can see, vaguely, what teams are looking for in terms of lane and role but this would expand upon that feature. The IP benefit would sweeten the pot for these intentionally short and casual games reducing wait times. Furthermore the IP benefit should be small, increasing if you win to keep people earnest. It also may be wise to limit this bonus daily to weed out the obvious troll potential. Something like an additional 5-10 IP for a match is actually nice for beginning players and would start to add up.
