Thunderlords decree needs a nerf
This mastery is broken on a great many champions, most notably 
, They are supposedly looking at buffing other masteries to put it on par but they need to nerf thunderlords, not buff other things to make them equal

They are buffing all the other key stones and from what I can tell about these changes and buff to the other keystones is when the changes finally do hit live you won't see near as much thunderlords. I also thinking buffing other things to make it equal is a better approach than riots usual approach which is gut everything.
You are gonna need a bigger bait. Nobody who can do basic math believes that thunderlord's does more damage than ANY of the ferocity masteries
Thunderlords isn't OP at all, every other damage mastery just sucks in comparison. I mean it really doesn't do that much damage and it has a sizable cool down. Once the other masteries get buffed we won't see teams with 4 of these on them.
