Riot patched out the afk leveling methods but the real pain in the ass method is prevalent than ever

Riot did a good job, I mean really damn good job patching out the afk leveling methods accounts would do to level up (afk jungle heimer using a pink ward at level 1, another method of farming up bami's cinder on a decently tanky champ and afk fighting a jung camp until the game was over) but the leveling bots that actually make games annoying as fuck are more popular than ever these matches. At least with the old method the afk players used they weren't actually giving the enemy bots kills, but these leveling bots are running it down every lane like no tomorrow making games stupidly annoying.

I really don't see why they don't get banned faster, it's clear as day when someone is a brand new player and when someone is a bot. The bots basically always start without items, start giving out kills very early and then still wait a long ass time before buying any items. This should be easy enough to detect. Real new players very seldom ever don't buy items while at the same time giving away all these free kills in my experience out of all these games I'm playing.
