Please get rid of having to lock

Love everything about the new champ select... except one thing - forcing you to lock.

1. People still don't realize you have to do it, leading to longer queues because of more dodges

2. Makes it harder to make last second switches if you change your mid

3. Makes it harder to change your masteries around. I just got kicked out of a lobby because I was changing masteries and the window wouldnt x out quick enough for me to lock. You might say "change your masteries around during other peoples picks" but that is harder to do because you don't know how long the others will take. Your pick is the only time you have control of how fast you lock, and if you want to let the timer expire because you're still deciding on masteries and need more time, that should be your right
