Ashe's New Passive BUG vs Olaf's R e.t.c.

Ashe's new passive (patch 5.9) needs fix. Against Olaf's R and Yi's R and Morgana's E (and other similar abilities) - Frost Shot doesnt proc at all because of "can't be disabled" thing. Ashe's Critical strikes dont work, because she cant crit without frost shot debuff ON target. so basically ashe is useless against those champions. make it so that, when ashe's Frost Shot hits the target ,if target is invulnerable to slows/disables, Frost Shot Debuff still applies on them, it doesnt slow them, but your attacks will still Critically Strike. Obviously this was not intended by riot! if u got critical chance items and u cant crit against several champions at all, whats the point of her being in LOL then? O.o

This is intentional. And it can be a way to counter Ashe. She can't crit these champions in their windows of invulnerability to slows. I like it.

ok so with spell shield from morgana, with 400 ad ashe deals ~300 damage to other AD carries. ARE U SERIOUS ABOUT THIS?

I think its working as it should. Her basic attacks are strong as it is. Yi can't be slowed nor can Olaf during ults and Morgs spell shield is a counter to all cc. Ashes passive clearly states that she crits 100% against "slowed" enemies. In those situations you need to depend on team to back up and peel for Ashe.

Ya, that doesn't sound like an intended interaction. I expect Riot to fix this once they get wind of it.
