Why not apply Scorched Earth Renekton's recall animation to his base skin as well as his other skins (aside from Pool Party of course)? I feel like it fits his character really well and it isn't dependent on anything exclusive to SE, like fire for example. To be honest I tend to avoid using his other skins just because they're missing an animation.
Rune Ocarina1 votesThis is why I think TUs being as quick fixes isn't really a good thing in the long run. When you have champions like Braum who has a ton of dialogue and unique animations and compare them to the older champions - like Riven - who are extremely limited in those aspects it makes me wish that the champion getting the TU actually received a VU instead. When I saw the new Sona I was excited for some new animations, dialogue, a J or K pop dance, and a recall animation. But nope, it was a TU and now she's probably on the bottom of this list of eventual VUs since she received a quick fix in a TU.
Don't get me wrong, TUs look great. I really like the new Sona and Renekton. But I honestly would have waiting patiently for full VUs than knowing now it'll be years before they get their VUs if they're even still on that list.
P.S.: Please don't TU Riven, Riot. She deserves a VU. I'll wait patiently.
