Why dodge when you can decline?

Because people like to get bossy about what other people pick, so they'll dodge if they don't approve of your pick.

you dodge when you don't like your teamcomp/enemy teamcomp or because half of your team is already flaming each other.

If you're the given mid laner and someone in the champion selection and, for an unknown reason, someone decides to troll you can ban your desired champion and also take your role, is that a good reason to dodge?
Well yes it is in my opinion and these kinds of behaviour only happens during selection screen AFTER accepting the match.
