against tanks get a second lifesteal and a lord doms, I've been having luck with botrk+cleaver lately married into double dance with a lord doms when I see 4 tanks and a blue ezreal with ninja tabi
it works on a lot of adcs, ashe is a good pick honestly, kiting is easy, 30% cdr is nice, handles tank+ad comps rather well
can solo baron as ashe
