Adrenaline Rush : PASSIVE : When Dr.Mundo loses 30% of his maximum health within 6 seconds then he gains Adrenaline Rush ACTIVE : Dr.Mundo gains 10 / 20 / 30% ( 1,6,12 ) increased movement speed,plus 1,3 / 3,3 / 5,5 % maximum health regeneration per second and 20% damage reduction for 6 seconds. Cooldown : 30 ( After the end of the duration )

Q : Infected Cleaver : PASSIVE : When this ability is available Dr.Mundo basic attacks deals 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6% of the target current HEALTH as magic damage.

ACTIVE : Dr. Mundo hurls a cleaver in the target direction, dealing 60 / 110 / 160 / 200 / 240 ( +100% Bonus AD ) and slowing them by 50% for 1.5 seconds.Killing a unit or a monster will refund the cost and heal him for 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30.The healing is doubled against champions. Cost : 6% of your current HEALTH Cooldown : 12 (4 if it hits an enemy unit)

W : Burning Agony : Dr. Mundo sets himself on a fire , dealing 35 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 ( +20% AP ) per second and gains 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% tenacity. Cost : 2% of your current health per second Cooldown : 2 seconds

E : Masochism : PASSIVE : While this ability is on cooldown basic attacks grants 10% attack speed that stack up to 5 times for 2.5 seconds.

ACTIVE : Dr.Mundo next auto attack will deal (110 / 120 / 130 / 140 / 150%) + 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 plus ** 12%** of your target's missing HEALTH as physical damage.Hitting an enemy champion with Masochism will also heal you for the 50% of the damage dealt.Auto attacking champions reduce this ability's cooldown by 1 second. Cost : No Cost Cooldown : 10

R : Sadism : ACTIVE : Dr.Mundo abilities have no cost.When Dr.Mundo hits an enemy unit with an ability or auto attack he instantly gets healed for the next 10 seconds. Auto Attack : 30 / 50 / 70 HEALTH. Infected Cleaver : 5 / 7 / 9% maximum HEALTH. Burning Agony : 10 / 30 / 50 plus 0.5% of your maximum health for every champion hit. Masochism : The healing is increased to 100 / 150 / 200%. Cost : 10 / 15 / 20% of the current HEALTH Cooldown : 60 Cooldown

The Q passive would be ridiculously overpowered. People would start building attack speed and just kill enemies in 3 seconds. Also, nobody would use Q active anymore.

So make him unkillable even without his ultimate and increase his damage.

And this makes him... more difficult?
