Here I am, doing my best to get rank 7 on Draven and I go 11-1-5 with 100+ farm in a 20 min game and I get an A. Come on now.

Serevas1 votesYou need more farm. The guideline for really good CSing is supposed to be 80 at 10, and then you match the clock afterwards. So 20 minutes 200 farm is what you want to shoot for. If you got to like 150 at 20 minutes I'm sure you'd break into S tier with that kind of performance. Also make sure you're involved in as many tower kills as you can be.
Chamsae1 votesThe rating system needs a rework imo. It doesn't really score you only on your KDA, CS, and win time, but it scores you varying on other S-ranked Draven games. Also, I'm pretty sure First Blood, godlike moments, and multi kills count to your rank.
Amelie1 votesKDA is not the main aspect. You need more farm, way more farm. Even the Kog'maw outfarmed you. Participate in as many tower kills and dragons as you can. Put down a lot of wards. Buy and place pink wards.
Also, if the enemy surrenders at 20min, it's much less likely that you will get an S.
