Copy Hello summoners . I would like to share with you my opinion about Katarina's state and why i would prefer for katarina to be reverted . I believe that they have some serious issues.

1)In my opinion her spells have extra delay that is too annoying. Her E ,,and especially the time it takes for the dagger (w,q) to reach the ground. That contradicts with the idea of an assasin. (the delay thing is an issue with Leblanc too,but they will revert it soon)

2)Katarina's combos are really predictable, and too easy to dodge if the enemy know how she works. I believe every Katarina main will understand what i am talking about. For example in lane:,,her most used combo is e w q r. which can be dodged quite easily: When she shunpo on the enemy,the enemy can run at the opposite direction where she teleports at,and by the time her w reaches the ground,the enemy will be far away from it. Also when she uses q , you just have to not go at the place,where the dagger has fallen.(that means you have to run towards Katarina). Also if you consider that many champions have cc's in their kits,and dashes,blinks,etc, That makes her situation even worse,by giving far more time,for enemies to react As a Katarina main i have never lost to the laning phase against a Katarina.

3)Her strength,really really depends on gunblade. And thats the reason why she stays at the spot she is in .

4)Some times Katarina is too frustrating for the person who plays her. The delay she has with her burst and the easily dodged daggers,,, gives you the feeling of fear to burst someone and you consider a lot before making your move, Also in many cases you are unable to punish a mistake or for example an overextended enemy, which makes you a no assasin at all.

(Something more personal:)As a Katarina main,since season 3, i really loved the vibe Katarina was giving,before the rework. Also screw tank meta,really:D)

I honestly thought this change to Kat was a nerf when first introduced. She used to be terrifying. I hate this mechanic where you need to run everywhere just to pick a dagger up. A lot of the time they land nowhere close to anything killable.

No. The problem is Kat's Ult. It wasn't a glaring weakness before because she could far more easily win trades and move about spreading damage without it.

Now it's trickier for her to do that and it's a poorly designed Ult by today's standards. An assassin staying in place while whirling daggers at enemies? It's too easily interrupted and makes her an easy target.

Reverting will just make her a lane headache again, change her Ult and make everyone happier.

Change ult with her dmg output she has rn? XD no. Just remove cast time on e or revert kat back yes she had terrible laning phase but at least you know you could delete someone and now even when fed they can just flash or side step daggers so predictable

Yeah I never understood why they out so much delay in her dmg, when she already has to rely on her ult to channel for some time to deal damage.
