Suggestion for high elo playesr/smurfs

Making a smurf account for high elo players who don't like the que times is very common. My suggestion is for riot to be able to link accounts. Of course there would be some issues that will need addressing.

• For example linking accounts will give what?

1. Maybe they will give all champions owned? Level 30? Higher MMR?

• Benefits?

1. Less smurfs in lower elo, riot will be able to keep better track of higher elo players
2. Higher elo players wont have to level up the accounts
3. Lower elo players wont feel useless playing against high skilled players who they aren't ready to face

• issues with this idea

1. Abuse - How would you minimize abuse for what ever is given whether mmr, level 30, champions etc
2. How many accounts could be created in addition to their main account
