Anivia mains unpopular opinion

Hi, I'm an Anivia main have been for a long time, not that my game history would show that. That's what I'd like to talk about, the relevance of one of my favorite champs. In this age of mobility and assassins, there's little use for a slow-moving control mage with even slower skill shots. and most Anivia players would complain that riot needs to change the game so Anivia can flourish, well unpopular opinion is riot needs to change Anivia. long ago are the ages where she could pop carries, Riot has moved her to a role of stalling out the game and then decided that they didn't was people to stall out games and started to add changes to close out games faster. so the role of this mage should change to one that can actually make plays like or . That or make her more of a control mage in team fights that can actually guarantee the use of her zoning as a real threat and not just have any rube with a dash able to get out of it/any tank with an adaptive helm taking minuscule damage. so I'd like to ask anyone if they have any Good Ideas on how riot can better transition this irrelevant mage into this new meta and era of the game.

I already have a few Idea's that could help without being total reworks such as, her passive after she hits 6 spawning her ult on top of her so she can have some form of defense or be able to make a suicide play to disrupt the enemy team, her Q getting a buff so it's not a slow-moving mess of a spell and thus more reliable without having to chain all your other spells to land it, the wall getting a bit more oomph like maybe slowing those right next to it but lower its total size to compensate or just change the shape, to begin with, E could stay the same I guess or add something more than just double damage on Frostbittin enemies, ult needs more of a deterrent on those that can build adaptive so one item doesn't just negate the ability I'm thinking that enemies within the ult have reduced vision or something like that cause you know a blizzard isn't exactly great seeing conditions. I'm not saying I want all of this just that I want something cause any one of these suggestions would be a huge help to her currently. So yeah I'd like to hear what changes you guys think could help our bundle of left out KFC that is
