Possible LeBlanc ballance

I was considering why LeBlanc seems op to many people in the league community and i think I've come up with the problem and a possible solution. Now correct me if i'm wrong here, but it is my belief that the main problem with countering LeBlanc is that she can easily nuke most champions with just her Q+W combo. this in itself wouldn't be to much of a problem, but when she can do this combo under tower and at most take one tower shot if done right, that is a major problem. It pretty much almost completely limits her match-up to anyone with a stun to stop her from tower-diving. I think that the solution i have would provide the best possible nurf while also making her game-play have the smallest amount of changes.

  I believe that if you put a small delay on her distortion's second activation. It would make her think twice about engages that she could normally do and escape from with ease. i also think that, based on the games that i have seen, the leblanc gameplay would not be changed very much, especially late game because most of the time, a leblanc will only go in for kills on the weaker champs and leaves her team to deal with the tanks. Once again this is only me spitballing, but i think it would at least be worth testing out. I look forward to as many posts as possible about this idea, so please give me your honest opinions on the idea.
