Item Sets

They'll be adding them eventually. It might be a couple/few months though since they're prioritizing functionality right now.

You can still make changes and use item sets. Use the following steps:

• Launch the legacy client
• Create/modify your item sets
• Play a game (or at least start one, e.g. a custom game)

You must at least start a game using the legacy client to ensure that the item sets are synced with the server. Once they are, you can use the item set in game.

Someone took the time to make an online tool to create item sets outside of the client. It's not quite as good as a built-in feature, but it works pretty well. http://lol.item-set.com/#!/editor Hope the link works.
