Control Wards

So Im Kinda confuzed. The season update page says Vision wards have been updated into control wards. So Controls are the new greens. Now it says Control wards will still grant their own vision but will also reveal and disable all the enemy wards. So whats the point in getting a pink? Pinks were supposed to give you true sight in that area so you could deny the enemy their vision, and get some gold back, but now that greens do that just as well does that mean theres no point to buying a Pink Ward unless theres an Evelyn, Rengar, or twitch?

EDIT* Ok question answered. I got the names mixed up because the video in the link shows Soraka place a green ward that disables the pink ward in the baron pit. So Enemy wards are gonna be pink now? New Control Ward should stay pink cuz I cant be the only one confused by that clip.
