Patch 4.20: Recommendations for champs+new items and game play

What is op? Do the new items have awesome synergy with certain champs? What are some new tactics you've tried out on the Rift?

This thread is to give people (myself included) more play oriented information about patch 4.20. There is a lot of confusion with this patch (its a lot to take in), and I was hoping the LoL community could help us all out.

Play Nunu for jungle because he has a lot of sustain. And you have to start Golems or Toad not Red or Blue, they're too hard. For top I played Garen Mid lane would be MissFortune built AP and ADC and support, Kalista ADC, and Malphite support.
