Loading client ping stater

Hey guys, ImReallyeZruh here, and I have an idea for the lol champion select client. During champion select, why not add a ping measurer that tells people their ping in a number, so that they know if they are going to lag that game or not. Usually champ select runs pretty smoothly lag free, but when I enter the loading screen I see that my ping is 400+. I'm sure that this would help a number of people!
