Going out of silver

I play league of legends 6 months my division is silver 5...when I had play the 10 unranked games I had win 4of10 and I was silver 3 but now I am silver 5 with 0 lp....i have a problem I can't climb I main mid lane I finish with good farm but I don't deal too much damage in game and an other problem is that a lot of teamates give kills to opponent team from early game I haven't main champ and I have try to carry but is difficult for me any advice how can I develop my game to climb

stop playing ranked if your hardstuck the only time you shouldnt stop playing ranked if your hardstuck is diamond 3+ and you arent even close to there yet, play normals find a champ pool your comfortable with learn the basics a bit more then move into ranked again once you feel confident

Thank you for your response how I can develop my mechanics in this point?...and what champion you suggest to learn in my elo and in which lane is better to play for me in this elo?

you finished 4/10 and got silver 3? is it your first season? who do you play mid?

edit: i see akali/lb/veigar and lots of orianna. i can tell you right now just by looking at those champions if it feels like youre not doing much damage its because youre hitting the wrong targets.

Yes because in 10 unranked games I had played the most with gold division summoners (solo games all no duo)...yes it is my first season... what do you think from my scores what you believe that I should develop most to be better?...Thank you for your response
