Viktor's Chaos Storm effects look like Scrying Orb
I can appreciate the move towards displaying the AoE clearly, but especially if Chaos Storm isn't hitting many targets, it really just looks like Scrying Orb.

take scrying orb as viktor, use scrying orb, watch people run away from it, proceed to use ult afterwards, get called a cheater
I miss when Chaos Storm was actually a storm.

But it's a moving scrying orb. So it's better. :)

I miss the spooky black hole-esque cloud thing. The flying lightbulb really isn't doing much for me :/
I wonder if some Viktor players grab Scrying Orb just to mess with people who think he is ulting?

To be honest that's probably the only thing I hate the most about the Viktor rework.
