MMR not appropriate RIOT

Your system of how balanced teams work is not balanced, so don't excuse yourselves with that, your system is of matchmaking is disgustingly said: Don't care guys, enjoy your Elo.. When you are doing good you are thrown with some dust Elo players who are bringing you straight down for Mr new Iron Elo, is it that hard to think of an upgraded system of matchmaking and turn down to basics and generate them to make more optimal queues???? Ouh and did you know that there are some people who just like to hit the report button because they are just having bad time of exactly this fact that was mentioned and that makes actually the Elo hell? for this matchmaking system?????
