Spirit Visage and Banshees
Why does Spirit Visage give less health than Banshee's when its build path gives it more?

I would assume it's how Spirit Visage is intended to be used. Banshee's is designed for countering burst, Spirit's Visage is designed for sustained damage (and then regen) over time. Banshee's needs more health.
Because spirit visage also has 10%cdr and its passive amplifies the regen, making it more efficient than BV without accounting for the values of the passives.
Probably because of the CDR and the increased healing.
