Why does Spirit Visage give less health than Banshee's when its build path gives it more?

disregardable1 votesI would assume it's how Spirit Visage is intended to be used. Banshee's is designed for countering burst, Spirit's Visage is designed for sustained damage (and then regen) over time. Banshee's needs more health.
KMannnnn11 votesBecause spirit visage also has 10%cdr and its passive amplifies the regen, making it more efficient than BV without accounting for the values of the passives.
