Sitiing in a 10 minute Pre-queue for something that i can't Control

I am currently waiting 10 minutes before i can even enter a game for being afk/leaving a game which is not fair i don't leave games and i don't afk recently i have been having trouble connecting to the game it doesn't even let me get in the game.... It comes up with the firewall message and my firewall is disabled so its not that i have been playing this game since it first came out and i just don't think its fair because Ive never been known to leave/afk until recently and its because half the time it doesn't let me join the game im trying to fix it but its very time consuming trying to figure out what is wrong when i have to wait 10 minutes a queue to sometimes not even be able to get it. i haven't been playing ranked for this reason because im not trying to screw people over if i cant connect. So please do something about this it is not fair to somebody that has been playing since beta and is just as of recently having this issue. Im hoping i can get some help on what i can do about this Ive spent a lot of time and money on this game and i feel like its right.
