I recently heard Trick2G say that the combination of items for Randuins+Sunfire is better than Warmogs+Tornmail. Im not entirely sure because in total stats Randuins+Sunfire do have more health and armor applied, however the passives differ as well as the gold required to buy these items. Thoughts?
mirAcIe2 votesBetter at what? Surviving more damage from the ADC? Randuins + Sunfire will allow you to tank more damage, but Warmog's + Thornmail (or just Thornmail with something) will allow you to to kill ADC faster (provided they attack you).
Too Ton2 votesYeah but usually the adcs aren't stupid enough to attack you if possible in addition to their lifesteal and protection (in higher elo) means that sunfire combo is better. The adc will be more pressured to deal with you and stuff.
wRZcGiWq622 votesTrick2G is at the point where he could say RoA on Ashe is good and people would believe him. Play what works best for YOU. I'm not saying go build RoA and Abyssal on Volibear but just use guys like this as reference to good builds.
