Caitlyn disabled again...
Anyone know why Caitlyn is disabled AGAIN, i really wanted to try her after he buff but apparently rito doesn't know how to make her ult give vision without breaking the game.

Basically the change was supposed to make her ult more reliably lock on to a target who enters FoW. But apparently it just grants permanent vision of the target. Just watch the minimap and Sivir on it.
