Random health regen

Idk if this is a mastery or something I'm missing, but occasionally (like every 2 or 3 games) I get 50 hp regen or higher. My health just starts skyrocketing from half hp to full in about 30 seconds. I didn't have warmogs or any items that could increase my health regen... It happened on Irelia, Ezreal, and Darius. Any explanations?

Also Darius n Irelia have healing stuff in their abilities.
