i feel like with that logic i could make the agrument "OMG Singed did 1k Dammage to me with his poison! SO OP NERF" if you dont play it right yeah any champ can wreck you and some champs cant deal with others as well so if you are a Karthus who builds 800 AP for them sick ults dont rage when Vigar one shots you with R

Stay off of the freeway and you won't get hit by the semi-truck. He could be 0/1/0 and have a Rylai's, score doesn't really mean anything.
