When you place your e (Stun) with veigar on the ground and you stay behind it and kai'sa ults you, your e will stop her and stun her

cmon guys, they said specifically in the spotlight that her ult is a dash, not a teleport.

In the champ spotlight they specifically say that its as fast dash not a blink. Veigar e stops dashes. Same works with poppy w.

Yes her ult isn't a teleport it's technically a REALLY fast dash. Which means VEIGAR DON'T GIVE A FUCK. I tried that the first time I saw her ult.

Camille's first jump makes sense as it's not a dash. Same with j4s flag and drag. It's more of a voluntary displacement.
