Warning to all Players in Rank

So, I just finished playing some games with Graves that are exploiting an E bug script hack. It ridiculous, these guys E every 1 or 2 auto and can even E with "NO MANA." This is now getting out of hand. For anyone who may say oh you just got crap on by a good graves, ugh no >.>. Not even the Graves at worlds yesterday were dashing as godly as these low elo Graves.

So I decided to watch pro junglers that I know play Graves thinking damn did he get a buff? Read the patch notes and I see nothing about graves E getting buff. Then Worlds came on yesterday and I realize not even the pros are dashing like crazy with Graves so wtf? After some "googling" I found that it indeed a hack.
