How rare is festival kassadin

NathanBailey2000··1 votes·68 views

So, got festival kassadin in a hextech case, looks ugly af but i have never seen anyone with it. Tried to do my research on it but cant really find anything about it. Is it worth unlocking? I think its pretty rare but haven't played LoL that long to really understand it.

Winter Olympics skin.

It's rarity is the same as Whistler Village Twitch if you can compare.
