. Every time Garen's on the enemy team he wins the lane. Like I can't play anymore without banning him. With Armor Or Without You Are Dead. 9 armor seals and tank masteries died from one combo.
If anything Garen's silence needs replaced with something else.
But watching the vid, its obvious the Mundo was bad. The Garen would E before Q, so Mundo could have escaped and could have tried farming at a decent distance with his own Q. This particular Garen was probably aiming to be a lane killer because he took Ignite instead of Teleport.
That guy took half his health in one combo (why was he even trading that early as mundo?) and instead of playing it safe, he runs up to farm, tries to fight back when garen goes on him again when it's obvious he would lose, and doesn't run or try to flash until it's too late. Garen didn't even need to use his Q movespeed to gapclose on the second trade; he just walked into E range and stayed there.
He played like a drunk chimpanzee, and he got what was coming.

A tank can stop you moving for a while, or even forvever
. Garen's only cc is a single target silence, the champs got to have something. Garen is a juggernaut.
1st off ... as much as i advocate mundo to be reworked into a tank, he isnt a tank.
2nd off he is a juggernaut just like garen
3rd off mundo is weak early ... has to get some hp items to be effective and garen excels at fighting tanky targets due to his E and his ult while being tanky himself
4th garen is not... i repeat IS NOT BROKEN
