New and/or updated summs

Pretty simple really, I think the summoner spells are kinda old now and some of them REALLY need updates. Ghost, ignite, flash and smite are the only useful summs. With new items smite out damages ignite, there is a free item that is pretty much clairvoyance and a QSS is 100000000000 times better than ccleanse

Teleport seems very popular right now. Heal is also often used on ADCs. But I would agree that your 4 + those 2 are the only useful ones.
