Ranked-Team builder idea!

Well,this is my idea for no trolls, good game and a good solution about flaming,feeding or even ragequit and all these at ranked! First of all, the mode of ranked that LOL has right now mustn't continue. This is because many players will be late at starting a ranked game and there are not going to be many teams waiting for champion select.The team will get built and find another team for playing.But the teams won't start.They will just go at normal selection mode. 3 bans for the two teams and then the 10 players will pick as the ranked mode. If their champion is banned they can pick something else as second choice.The top bans everytime and the picking order will be like that:Top,Mid,Jungle,Adc,Support. This is the best solution for trolling in my opinion and i hope riot will update the game soon and solve that problem. DRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVEN ;)
