Fix matchmaking.

The current system is matching players who have high KDA ratios and win rates with people that have 20% lower stats and sometimes HALF the good players win rates. This is just garbage. Placing flat out noobs into silver and then matching them with much more highly skilled players because they are silver is garbage. There are even golds whose stats are terrible compared to bronze players. It's just a busted system and it should be recalculated. So many ranked players don't even have basic knowledge about the game.
