For the voice chat you guys should honestly make it so that way the whole team that u get put with in solo/duo can hear you like its kinda silly to make it so only the people you que with can hear you like that is what discord is for already.

ShuyinTheX1 votesIf I don't use it or if I mute them then those who do will complain, troll, then report me for "not communicating" with them because I'd be using the in-game chat instead of my voice. If I did mute them then they would say "I kept telling you (situation)", but I wouldn't be able to know about it because they would be muted and chances are they wouldn't ping because they would voice it instead of using the pings or chat (not that most people do anyways). It might sound unrealistic, but it's a fact of PvP gaming. I've played several games over my many years that has had voice and chat abilities, and in most of those games (not every individual match mind you) that I used chat instead of voice the previously mentioned actions by my team would occur (though not reporting me because people were not THAT big of crybabies back in the day when PvP wasn't ruled by overly sensitive sissies like it is now).

Especially since you never know how everyone acts...you think dealing with people in the in-game chat can be toxic? How about dealing with people screaming in your ear about random stuff that does nothing but annoy you or the annoying people who is always blasting music when playing or something. What if you have to be quiet because it's late or something but randomly join a voice chat and people are screaming in it? By the time you realized how much of a rager the other person is, probably to late and you woke up people in your house.
I've never used in-game voice chat in any game I play that has it, like in Overwatch I'll always just ignore it and never join it. Now allowing people the option to invite the random pubs in the voice chat is alright, but don't try to like force everyone in a voice chat when you join a que.
