Servers and Ranked: Loss Prevented During Promos

So, I just won my 3 out of 4 promo game. After the game, when returning to the end game stats, I got the "Skip waiting for stats" lockout and just clicked it. I understand how Loss Prevention works for a loss during promos, but if I won (and there was nothing wrong with the server, no lag, nothing) and don't see myself promoted to the new league, is that working as intended and I have to play another game? I just spent two days dragging myself out of bronze elo hell and was so relieved to finally be out of it.

I believe you will get the win, just the players who lose their game don't get it counted towards the LP lost during that game, it's unfair to take away someones win and force someone to lose because of a problem on Riots side. This is how I see it anyways.
