why in the world am i facing plats and diamonds. ive been playing with a friend thats only lvl 21 and every time we play we face high ranking people. i dont understand why though im only silver 4 personally. so now normal games arnt even fun. ive played the game for 3 1/2 years and this has only been happening recently. quite honestly its really annoying playing with my lvl 21 friend and the other team has plats while my team has lower lvl people. if someone can explain why i would happy to listen but frankly this it really annoying

Even though your friend isn't Lv30 he has been building up his MMR through his games. So you're silver 4 right now. Let's say you make a new account and from Lv1-30 You win 90% of your games. Including games against Plats and Diamonds. Well when you do your promos at lv30, you'll be placed in Plat or Diamond.

Your Lv21 friend has been doing some major work through his normal games building his MMR up to the point where it's Plat and Diamond level. Your friend if he keeps this up will be placed in Gold+ if he continues to win at least half of his games.
