Ranked Placement ...

So look, I know it doesn't matter because it's preseason, but I need somebody to explain how the hell this works.

When Flex Draft came out, I played my 10 placement games. I went 6-4. I was silver 4 beforehand and got placed Bronze 2. Whatever, no big. Everyone goes down and it's not like I was good anyway, right? I got up to around 60 LP bronze 2, the climb had begun!

Then Riot rolls out a patch that makes things more fair (woo, no more getting matched with plats and dias!) They make me play one more placement game. I do. I win. We stomp. Twitch FTW.

I get placed bronze 3 0LP. How does this even work? I won a game and went down the equivalent to 165 LP? Illogical.

I was gold 4 got placed silver 2 after going 7-3 in placements(makes sense gotta climb from somewhere) Im like 39 games in with 66% winrate and have played 1 game for my gold promos before they take down the ranked queue like 12 hours before they implement the changes. Changes happen I lose my last promo and I get demoted to silver 5. I understand your pain on the 165 LP drop. I feel my 500+ 1 win in promo is a little fucked up.
