Champ Select Suggestion/Rant

Given a recent "situation" in champ select, I have a suggestion that I believe will (hopefully) cut back on some trolling and toxicity in 5v5 games. I think it perfectly reasonable that on the declaration phase, that chosen champ be grayed out to all other members of your team.

For example when I queue and 3 random people are premade, it would force them to respect the choices of assigned roles. Not simply expect everyone to do what they want because they're premade. If I'm the designated support, declare Sona, and decline their demand for a lane change, I see no reason my top laner should be able to auto lock Sona to try and force me to play a role I wasn't assigned, or cannot play. In my case it led to a 15 minute surrender, since the premades decided not to dodge, despite having 2 supports.

Aside from these types of situations, I believe it can also cut down on trolling if certain roles were unavailable to players. Such as someone who queued as or is designated as the ADC should not be able to pick Taric or Fiddlesticks as their champion. Though that isn't perfect since some champs can be used universally, such as for jungle or for top, it might help overall.
