Placement match rework

I'm writing to express my dislike of how players on queued into matches they clearly don't belong in during their placements. I just had a player play in silver1-2 elo, during his second ranked game ever. He proceeded to feed his ass off as jax top and make the game completely unplayable. This doesn't really seem fair to me or the rest of my team. After examining his first game I noticed he was was 4-15 as top lane jax yet again.

Perhaps queue unranked players with a bunch of other unranked players, especially during their first ever placement matches. Just seems a bit ridiculous how lopsided some teams can become if you have someone unranked on your team.
