Can't see my cursor ingame Windows 10 plus lag after all the updates

My computer was on Windows 8. I could play League like any other player. When I got Windows 10, I started lagging continuously throughout the game and I couldn't see my cursor. I can't do much of anything. Please help.

Turn your settings from "Fullscreen" to borderless. Does that work? It worked for my friend when he had this problem.
