Some balance changes!
Hello everyone. Here are some changes I would love Riot did! What you think?
Blitzcrank

Armor increased to 26.20 (+4.0) from 24.38 (+3.5)

MR increased to 28.0 (+2.2) from 32.1 (+1.25)

Static Field (R) active damage changed to 200 / 350 / 500 (+ 20% AP) from 250 / 375 / 500 (+ 100% AP) and cooldown increased to 35 seconds from 30
REASON: Makes him less of a bursty AP and more of a tanky robo-tank support.
Gragas

Happy Hour (passiv) now on every 3th ability use, Gragas takes a drink restoring 30 health + 5% of his max health.

Body Slam (E) cooldown increased to 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 seconds from 12 seconds on all ranks.
REASON: Too much sustain on lane, too much burst for a tank. His ulti is super powerful, so the rest of his kit shouldn´t be over the top.
Irelia

Hiten Style (W) PASSIV: Only basic attacks towards champions now restory health (6 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 15) ACTIVE: Irelia's basic attacks deal additional true damage to champions (20 / 35 / 50 / 75 / 90) for 5 seconds and Hiten Style's passive on-hit health restore is doubled for the duration.

Transcendent Blades (R) coodlown increased to 100 / 90 / 80 from 70 / 60 / 50. Range increased to 1200 from 1000. Healing of the ability removed. With of the blades increased. Damage per increased to 90 / 130 / 200 (+ 50% AP) (+ 60% bonus AD) from 80 / 120 / 160 (+ 50% AP) (+ 60% bonus AD)
REASON: Turns Irelia more into an assasin, than a tanky bruiser. Less annoying sustain on lane, more duelling.
Katarina

Health increased to 530 (+87) from 510 (+83)

Voracity (Passiv) Whenever an enemy champion dies within 3 seconds of Katarina dealing damage to them, she gains 20 % move speed for 2 seconds and the cooldown of her ultimate will be reduced by 20 seconds.

Shunpo (E) Active: Katarina channels for 1 second and teleports to target unit and gains 20% damage reduction for 2 seconds. If the target is an enemy, the target takes magic damage 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 180 (+ 20% AP) from 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 40% AP). Cooldown increased to 14 / 12 / 10 / 9 / 8 from 12 / 10.5 / 9 / 7.5 / 6

Death Lotus (R) Range increased to 650 from 550
REASON: Katarina is not too strong. But her E makes her very annoying to target, so we should buff her power and survivability, but make her jumps less annoying.
Lulu
- Health increased to 590.50 (+85) from 552.76 (+82)
- Mana increased 345.5 (+59) from 292.4 (+55)
REASON: Stronger early for a champ that is a true support.
Master yi

Alpha Strike (Q) Yi becomes no longer untargetable und moves slower between the targets. Range increased to 650 from 600.

Highlander (R) highlander passiv changed: Champion kills and assists reduce the current cooldown Highlander by 20%.
REASON: Resets and untargetability are very unfun to play against.
Nasus REWORKED

Siphoning Strike (Q) Active: Nasus empowers his next basic attack within the next 10 seconds to deal bonus physical damage 40 / 60 / 80 / 120 / 150 (+ total stacks of Siphoning Strike). Hitting an enemy gives Nasus 1 / 3 / 5 / 7 / 10 stack of Siphoning Strike for 12 seconds, which stacks up to 5 times. At reaching 5 stacks the next basic attack will stun the enemy for 2 seconds and consume all stacks.

Fury of the Sands (R) magic damage range increased to 300 from 175.
REASON: Infinite scaleing sucks! Make him less dependant on them!
Riven REWORKED

Health regen increased to 3.5 (+1.0) from 3.34 (+0.5)

Broken Wings (Q) cooldown 12 seconds on all ranks. Riven´s Q is now bount to her passiv. She has to autoattack between Qs. So it is only to use aggresivly, not as escape.

Ki-Burst (W) cooldown increased to 15 on all levels. Now channels for 0.5 seconds. Range increased to 175 from 125. Stun duration changed to 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.2 / 1.5 seconds from 0.75 seconds on all levels.

Valor (E) shield ammount 60 / 80 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+20% of bonus health)
REASON: Less mobile, but more tanky. Less bursty, more disruptive.
